替比夫定在乙型肝炎肝硬化中的应用

摘要 目的:观察替比夫定治疗早期肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法:将56例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者(Child-Pugh分级为A级)分为治疗组30例,对照组26例,分别应用替比夫定和拉米夫定抗病毒治疗12周、24周,观察其疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组ALT复常率,12周分别为86.7%和73.1%;24周分别为93.3%和84.6%;治疗组和对照组HBV DNA下降检测不到,分别为12周56.7%和34.6%;24周76.7%和57.7%;差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:替比夫定具有抗乙型肝炎病毒特异性,可以延缓、阻止肝炎肝硬化的进一步发展,与拉米夫定比较,其抑制病毒能力强,病毒耐药发生率低,安全性好。
