摘要
[目的]利用Kessler 10量表对威海市15岁及以上居民心理健康状况进行调查分析。[方法]采用分层整群随机抽样技术抽取样本,采用SPSS11.0进行统计分析。[结果]本研究调查了15岁及以上城乡居民11 652人,其K10分值总体分布为13.28±0.052,22%的居民心理健康状况相对较差,说明居民的心理健康问题不容忽视;Kessler 10量表是一种简单有效的调查工具,可用于大规模人群心理健康状况调查。[结论]建议可在我国其它地区试用,进一步考察其效度和信度。
[objective] Surveying and analyzing the mental health among the population aged over fifteen years old in Weihai city through the Kessler 10. [Methods] To select the model by the technology of stratifying - clustering - randomly selecting as well as to use the software of Spss11. 0 to make statistic and analyze. [Results] The number of residents in survey is 11652, and the range of kl0 number is 13. 28±0. 052. 22% residents were in relatively poor mental health, which shows that the residents＇ mental health can＇ t be ignored. Kessler 10 is a simple and effective tool to survey and it can be used to survey the mental health in large scale of population. [Conclusion] The Kessler 10 is able to use in other regions and further to test its effect and credibility.
