摘要
本文从设备和工艺两方面对新旧周期轧管机组进行了对比。讨论了大口径周期轧管机组无头轧制技术未来的发展方向。简要概述了周期轧管工艺在大口径P91钢管研制开发中的应用以及产品的性能试验结果和优点。
In this thesis, old and new types of pilger mills were compared from equipment and process aspects. The future direction of endless rolling technology for large diameter pilfer mill was discussed. And pilger mill process applications on the R＆D of large diameter seamless P91 steel pipe, products performance tests results and advantages were also briefly introduced.
