热轧带钢无头轧制技术的发展与支撑 被引量:6

摘要 简要介绍了国内、外热轧带钢无头轧制的发展进程,连铸连轧全无头轧制技术的优势。无头轧制成为诸多新技术的的集成,主要包含:连铸高拉速条件、电感应加热器的使用、快速变规格、带负荷的窜辊控制板型、高速飞剪跟踪剪切、轧辊技术的改进和延长轧辊的轧制周期等。随着生产经验的积累和对新技术的掌握和改进,全无头连铸连轧技术将发挥其超常规的能力和优势,以超低成本、超薄规格、多钢种、高性能、良好卷型的热轧钢卷将在更大范围内替代冷轧产品。 The development of hot strip endless rolling and the advantages of endless rolling at home and abroad are brifely introduced. Endless rolling is also the integration of many new technologies,such as high speed conditions for continuous casting,induction heater,shift profile control with fast variable specification and load,the high speed flying shear,improvement of roll technology and extend rolling cycle of roll and so on,etc. With the accumulation of production experience and the improvement of new technology,continuous casting and rolling technology will play its unconventional advantages to produce hot rollled coil with ultra low cost,ultra-thin specification,multi steel grades,high performance,and good volume. It will replace the cold rolled products in a wider range.
