摘要
本文介绍了一种绝缘摆动辊道,用于满足焊接无头轧制中辊道的绝缘要求,此摆动辊道优化了辊子装配结构,在辊筒处设置绝缘材料,有效的减少了导电设备的数量,提高了电流控制的精度,提高了经济效益,并消除了安全隐患。
This paper introduces an insulated swing roller table,which is used to meet the insulation requirements of the roller table in welding endless rolling.This swing roller table optimizes the roller assembly structure,sets insulating materials at the roller,effectively reduces the number of conductive equipment,improves the accuracy of current control,improves economic benefits,and eliminates potential safety hazards.
