摘要
以生活污水为底物,利用改造后的BIOLOG微平板,对活性污泥激活剂进行定性和定量试验;利用初筛的活性污泥激活剂,采用活性污泥法对生活污水进行降解试验。实验结果表明,VC、VE、L-His、γ-氨基丁酸、L-Ala对活性污泥有一定的激活作用。当底物为200μL时,L-His的最佳用量为1μL;γ-氨基丁酸的最佳用量为0.5μL;L-Ala的最佳用量为0.5μL;VE的最佳用量为1μL;VC的最佳用量为1μL。其中VE对提高生活污水COD的降解效果明显。
In this experiment,domestic sewage was used as substrate. Using the modified BIOLOG microplate,a series of qualitative and quantitative test of the activated sludge activators was done. Using activated sludge activators,the domestic wastewater was degraded by the method of active sludge. The experimental results showed that VC,VE,L-His,γ-aminobutyric acid,L-Ala had certain activation effect on activated sludge. When the substrate was 200 μL,the optimum dosage of L-His is 1 μL; the best dosage of γ-aminobutyric acid is 0. 5 μL; the optimum dosage of L-Ala is 0. 5 μL; the optimum dosage of VE is 1 μL; the optimum dosage of VC is 1 μL. The degradation effect of VE on COD was significantly increased.
