摘要
针对采用氰化工艺的某黄金矿山尾矿库尾矿渣进行采样分析,确定氰化物质量分数空间分布,并开展试验研究模拟含氰尾矿渣自然降解规律。结果表明:尾矿渣中氰化物质量分数沿深度方向无明显变化规律,采样区域氰化物分布较均匀,氰化物质量分数随自然降解时间增加而降低;模拟含氰尾矿渣降解反应符合一级动力学反应模型,初始氰化物质量分数高,降解速度快,且较高温度有利于氰化物的降解。
In this paper,the tailings from a gold mine produced in cyanidation process were sampled and analyzed to study the spatial distribution of cyanide mass fraction and the natural degradation of simulated cyanide-containing residues was based on experimental research.The results show that the cyanide mass fraction tailings varied with no evident rules vertically; homogeneous distribution of cyanide appeared in the sampling area; cyanide mass fraction decreased with natural degradation time,and the degradation of simulated cyanide-containing residues was in accordance with the first-order kinetics model; tailings with high initial cyanide mass fraction degraded faster and high temperature conditions were favorable to cyanide degradation.
