摘要
[目的]分离筛选与鉴定浒苔降解菌。[方法]从连云港海域浒苔生长环境的海水、海泥及浒苔腐烂液中分离出11株细菌和5株真菌,利用分离所得菌株进行浒苔生物降解试验。[结果]菌株H1对浒苔降解效果最好,3 d降解率即可达68.10%。通过形态学和生理学特征及16S rRNA基因序列分子生物学分析,鉴定菌株H1为假交替单胞菌属海洋细菌。[结论]筛选出的H1菌株可快速有效降解浒苔,具有良好的应用前景。
[Objective]To isolate,screen and identify the Enteromorpha prolifera degrading bacteria.[Method]Eleven strains of bacteria and five fungi were isolated from seawater,sea mud and E. prolifera decay solution in Lianyungang sea areas. The degradation of E. prolifera was studied by using the isolated strains.[Result]The strain H1 had the most significant degradation effect on E. prolifera,and the degradation rate reached68. 10% in 3 days. According to the morphological and physiological characteristics and 16 S rRNA gene sequence molecular biological analysis,strain H1 was identified as Pseudoalteromonas marine bacteria.[Conclusion]Strain H1 can rapidly and effectively degrade E. prolifera,which has good application prospect.
