摘要
为了开发经济作物副产物饲料化利用的有效途径,解决人畜争粮的矛盾,本研究首先开展了海南省5种经济作物副产物的营养成分测定与综合评价,然后应用强饲排空法探讨鹅对这5种经济作物副产物养分的消化率。结果表明:(1)木薯茎叶、木瓜茎叶、甘蔗尾叶、桑树茎叶和椰子粕CP含量(13.66%~22.36%)和EE含量(1.95%~5.26%)较高;NDF和ADF含量(分别为13.25%~33.26%和11.57%~29.63%)较低,适宜用作草食畜禽的粗饲料。(2)5种经济作物副产物综合饲用价值由高到低的顺序为椰子粕>木瓜茎叶>木薯茎叶>桑树茎叶>甘蔗尾叶。(3)鹅对5种副产物CP和EE的真消化率分别为39.46%~89.64%和78.33%~82.31%,对NDF和ADF的真消化率分别为20.19%~40.84%和19.60%~30.58%。
To explore the effective utilization way of economic crop byproducts for feedstuff and subsequently resolve the contradiction between people and animals,we firstly measured the main nutritional components of 5 economic crop byproducts in Hainan and evaluated their comprehensive nutritional values by using subordination function method.We then investigated the nutrient digestibility of the 5 economic crop byproducts for geese.The results showed that:(1)The CP and EE contents of cassava stems and leaves,papaya stems and leaves,sugar cane tail leaves,mulberry stems and leaves and coconut meal were relatively higher,being 13.66% ~22.36% and 1.95% ~5.26% respectively;NDFand ADF contents were relatively lower,being 13.25% ~33.26% and 11.57% ~29.63% respectively.which can be used as the crude feed for herbirorous livestocks.(2)The comprehensive nutritional values of the 5 economic crop byproducts were ordered according to their subordination functional values as follows:coconut meal>papaya stems and leaves>cassava stems and leaves>mulberry stems and leaves>sugar cane tail leaves.(3)The CP and EE digestibility of these five economic crop byproducts were 39.46% ~89.64% and 78.33% ~82.31% respectively,the NDF and ADF digestibility were 20.19% ~40.84% and 19.60% ~30.58% respectively.
