摘要
餐桌剩余食物饲料化资源利用过程中,灭菌是必不可少的一个步骤,灭菌效果直接影响餐桌剩余食物是否可以用来做饲料原料。灭菌不彻底会对养殖动物健康造成不良影响。选择合适的灭菌工艺则能保证彻底灭菌,有利于产业化推广,对保障餐桌剩余食物饲料化利用的安全控制具有重要意义。文章综述了餐桌剩余食物饲料化生产工艺中不同灭菌工艺的优劣,以期为餐桌剩余食物饲料化灭菌工艺提供参考。
