连续式粉体灭菌干燥装备的结构设计及性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 传统的灭菌干燥器是箱柜式的间歇式操作灭菌设备,经常会引起含糖量高的粉粒状物料的黏连、灭菌后产品颜色变深,不易控制的问题。我们经过多年的研制设计了一种动态连续式灭菌干燥设备,提出了一种动态连续式灭菌方法,能使物料进行连续的灭菌、干燥和冷却。针对回转筒体的进料端和出料端,设计了热动态密封组件;对灭菌回转筒体进行模态分析,计算其前6阶模态的固有频率及振型,得出系统不会发生共振。所设计动态连续式灭菌干燥设备,它在功能上突破"药物粉粒静态、蒸汽动态"的传统方法,能有效防止粉、粒状物料结块,灭菌后产品颜色稳定,高效节能,实现了粉粒状物料灭菌干燥的自动化操作。 Traditional sterilizing dryer is intermittent cabinet equipment, in which It is easy to cause agglomeration of powder, dark color of products and uncontrolled product quality. After the research for several years a dynamic continuous sterilizing and drying equipment has been developed. One dynamic continuous sterilization method was presented in this article, with which the materials can be continuously sterilized, dried and cooled. With respect to the inlet and outlet ends in rotary cylinder, thermal dynamic sealing component was designed. Based on modal analysis for rotary cylinder and the first six natural frequencies and modal shapes calculated, it was concluded no resonance occurred. By using this designed dynamic continuous sterilizing and drying equipment, agglomeration of powder can be effectively protected, the color of products is stable and energy can be saved. The functions of this equipment is different from that in traditional method that "powder particles motionless and steam motion", so that the automatic operation of sterilization and drying for powder can be realized.
