摘要
从设计思路着手,分别阐述了正常情况下,对设备所需的清洗程度和清洗目标面的复杂程度的分析、判断与定位,对在线清洗系统所需的清洗能力和覆盖方式的确定,以及对喷淋装置型式的选择与配置的设计。同时,也简要阐述了非正常情况下,采用辅助清洗系统进行预清洗的预案。
From the viewpoint of design method,in this article,the requirements under normal condition were expounded,including the analysis,judgment and location of complexity in cleaning area,determination of the cleaning ability required for online cleaning equipment and its applicable scope,and the selection of spray device and the design of configuration.At the same times,the backup scheme for pre-cleaning using spare cleaning system under abnormal condition was also described.
