摘要
建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析芽苗菜中硫胺素、核黄素、吡哆醇、泛酸、生物素、叶酸、V_(B12)、烟酸、烟酰胺、Vc等10种水溶性维生素的方法。样品前处理用10%乙醇沉淀提取后,采用Waters Atalantis T_3色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,3μm)分离,以0.1%甲酸-10.0%甲醇为流动相的梯度洗脱模式下,10种水溶性维生素在(10.0~1000.0)ng/m L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r2为0.9993~0.999,检出限范围为(0.10~11.5)μg/kg,定量限范围为(0.35~38.0)μg/kg,加标回收率为90.3%~99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%~3.6%。该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高和检测速度快的优点,适用于芽苗菜中较宽浓度范围内多种维生素的同步分析,为其营养价值测定提供参考。
This paper used ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry analysis method to establish a method in the analysis of the 10 kinds of water-soluble vitamins for VBI, riboflavin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid, VB12, niacin, nicotinamide, Vc in sprouting vegetable. After the sample was treated with 10% ethanol to precipitation extraction, the separation of targeted compound was performed on a Waters Atalantis T3 chromatographic column (2.1 mm-150 mm, 3 pm) using 0.1% formic acid-10.0% methanol as mobile phase under gradient elution mode. The linear range of 10 kinds of water-soluble vitamins was in the range of (10.0-1000.0)ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993-0.9999. The detection limit was (0.10-11.5)μg/kg and the quantitative limit was (0.35-38.0)μg/ kg. The recovery rate was 90.3%-99.5%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.0%-3.6%. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high sensitivity and fast detection rate, and is suitable for simultaneous analysis and determination of vitamins in a wide range for sprouting vegetable, and can provide reference for its nutritional value.
