摘要
目的:分析儿童医院门急诊患儿抗菌药物不合理处方用药的原因,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:抽取2017年9月1—30日间门急诊患儿抗菌药物不合理用药处方107张,分析其不合理用药的相关因素。结果:分析结果发现,不合理用药主要表现在超剂量用药、配伍禁忌等方面。结论:加强临床医生对抗菌药物合理用药知识的培训,药学部门应加强对出现的不合理用药的开方医生沟通,并配合医院信息部门开发高效的合理用药软件,以促进抗菌药物临床合理使用。
Objective： To analyze the unreasonable reasons of antibiotics medication prescription of emergency and outpatients departments in a children＇s hospital and to provide a reference for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods： 107 prescriptions of antibacterial drugs of children in outpatient and emergency departments from 1 to 30 on September in 2017 were selected, and the related factors in irrational use of antibiotics were analyzed. Results： The results indicated that irrational drug use was mainly shown in excessive dosage, incompatibility and so on. Conclu- sion： we should strengthen the clinicians＇ training on the knowledge of rational use of antibiotics. The Pharmacy Depart- ment should strengthen the communication of unreasonable use of the prescribing doctor. Furthermore, we should coop- crate with the Hospital Information Department and develop effective and rational drug use software together to pro- mote the rational use of antibiotics
