摘要
通过因子分析法对1970-2014年不同经济发展阶段国家的高等教育发展数据进行分析和综合评价发现,中等收入国家的高等教育体系主要存在"低水平"规模扩张、人才培养结构与发达国家趋同以及经费投入来源单一、过度依赖政府财政的问题。成功跨越中等收入阶段国家的高等教育发展经验表明,高等教育规模扩张应保障质量内涵式发展,人才培养结构与产业结构相适应,并通过加大社会投入来增加高等教育总体投入。
Factor analysis is used to analyze and evaluate the higher education development data of different economic development countries in 1970-2014. The higher education system in middle income countries mainly has the problems of " low level" scale expansion, the convergence of talent training structure with developed countries, the single source of funds input and the excessive dependence on government finance. The successful experience of higher education development across the middle income countries shows that the expansion of higher education should ensure the connotative development of quality;the structure of talent training adapts to the industrial structure, and increase the overall investment in higher education by increasing social input.
