摘要
在中等收入陷阱的背景下,依靠粗放型的人力资源无法继续维持原有的经济发展态势,要向更高的经济模式跨越,需要提高人力资源的素质,依靠知识经济来维持产业的人才和技术输入。因此高等教育在这个环节过程中地位逐渐凸显出来,教师作为高等教育教学和科研活动中最活跃的个体之一,在履行教学、科研和社会服务职能的同时,大学教师呈现出作为德育者、学术人、文化传承者、具有国际视野的思考者等方面角色的转型趋势。面对日益丰富的大学职能和内涵,从教师制度、文化和个人三个方面出发,促进教师调整原有的角色,成为引领大学发展和跨越中等收入陷阱的排头兵。
Under the background of the middle income trap, relying on extensive human resources cannot continue to maintain the economic development. In order to leap into a higher economy, we need to improve the quality of human resources and rely on the knowledge economy to maintain the industry of talent and technology input. As one of the most active individuals in the teaching and research activities of higher education, teachers perform the functions of teaching, scientific research and social services at the same time. University teachers show a tendency of transition as moral educator, academic person, cultural inheritor, thinker with international vision and so on. Facing the increasingly rich functions and connotations of universities, teachers should be promoted to adjust their original roles from the three aspects of teacher system, culture and individual, and become the vanguard of leading universities to develop and cross the middle income trap.
