摘要
社区作为社会治理的单元细胞,是社会治理现代化的基层服务管理平台。在当前"互联网+"的环境下,如何将"互联网+"与城市社区治理有机结合,实现社区的协同治理已经成为我国社区发展的一项重要议题。通过G省D区的案例,可以发现"互联网+"社区治理的发展现状以及在治理理念、体制机制、平台建设和资源保障上存在的问题。通过提出相应的对策和建议,以期城市社区在治理上能突破原有的格局,整合和优化多元化力量,从而实现治理能力和服务水平的提升,最终推动社会"善治"。
Community is the fundamental unit of social management in the modern grass-roots service management system. In the current ＂Internet ＋＂ environment, how to make ＂Internet ＋＂ and urban community governance achieve community synergies has become an important issue in the development of urban community in China. Based on the perspective of collaborative governance, taking ＂Internet ＋＂ community governance has weaknesses District D as a case study, it is argued that the current in its governance philosophy, institutional mechanisms, platform construction and resource security. Through the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, urban governance can break through the original pattern, integrate and optimize a variety of social forces, to maximize the management capacity and optimize the service level, and ultimately promote good social governance.
