摘要
目的了解北京市服务业从业人员健康信息素养水平并探讨其影响因素,从而为制定有针对性的健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用《公共卫生从业相关素养调查问卷》及《2013年中国居民健康素养调查问卷》,对2886名到北京市疾病预防控制中心办理健康证的服务业从业人员进行问卷调查。结果北京市服务业从业人员具备健康信息素养的比例为22.70%(655/2886),外地户籍者(21.04%,452/2148)、年龄≥45岁者(8.19%,23/281)、初中及以下文化程度者(9.11%,71/779)、食品相关行业者(20.77%,168/809)、家庭人均月收入<1000元者(16.00%,24/150)5类人群健康信息素养水平较低。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,从业人员文化程度越高,健康信息素养水平越高,以初中及以下文化程度者为参照,高中/职高/中专、大专/本科及以上文化程度者具备健康信息素养的OR值分别为1.820(95%CI:1.338~2.474)和4.801(95%CI:3.514~6.560);对于不同年龄段的从业人员,以25岁以下者为参照,45~54岁年龄段从业人员健康信息的素养水平较低,OR值为0.414(95%CI:0.229~0.747)。结论北京市服务业从业人员健康信息素养水平较低,建议重点针对外地户籍人员、文化程度较低和年龄较大者开展健康教育。
Objective To understand the status and its influencing factors of health information literacy of service employees in Beijing, and to provide evidence for targeted health education intervention measures. Methods 2886 service employees applying for health certificates in Beijing CDC were investigated by questionnaires about healthy literacy. Results In this study, 22. 70% (655/2886) of the service employees had satisfied health information literacy, and the satisfied lit- eracy rate of the non-local employees, employees aged above 45 years old, employees graduated from junior-middle school, employees working in food industry and those with family per capita monthly below 1000 Yuan were 21.04% (452/2148) , 8. 19% (23/281), 9. 11% (71/779), 20.77% (168/809), 16.00% (24/150), and the above five kinds of employees had lower health information literacy. Muhivariable logistic regression analysis showed that their education level were positive related to health information literacy. Compared to the employees graduated from junior-middle school or even below, the OR value of employees graduated from senior-middle school was 1. 820 (95 % CI: 1. 338 -2. 474) , and the OR value of employees from college was 4. 801 (95% CI: 3. 514 -6. 560). As to different age groups, the group aged 45 -54 years old had lower health information literacy with OR value of 0. 414 (95% CI: 0. 229 -0. 747 ) compared with employees aged below 25 years old. Conclusion The service employees in Beijing had lower level of health information literacy. Targeted health education interventions should be carried out among non-local, low-educational level and old-aged employees.
