摘要
目的通过对汾阳市城镇社区糖尿病患者健康信息素养水平进行调查分析,进而提供该人群健康信息素养的参考数据。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法,随机抽取汾阳市城镇6个社区,获取6个社区居民健康档案中糖尿病患者的情况,采用整群抽样的方法对糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,调查数据采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析等统计学方法进行数据分析。结果汾阳市城镇糖尿病患者健康信息素养不高,在性别、年龄、文化程度、职业和家庭年收入方面存在显著差异,成为影响患者整体素养的关键因素。结论提高基层医院内分泌科医护人员相应的技术水平和沟通能力;根据糖尿病患者实际情况,社区医院应定期开展糖尿病相关知识的培训和指导,进行定期随访,并帮助患者掌握常见的糖尿病知识,制定适合的食谱和运动方式,了解并发症预防;相关卫生行政部门应组织开展糖尿病患者健康信息素养的大数据调查,为更多的患者提供支持,提高患者的生命质量,降低医疗费用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the level of health information literacy of diabetic patients in urban communities in Fenyang City and provide reference for improving the health information literacy of this population. Methods Six communities were randomly selected from the urban communities of Fenyang City by random sampling method. Information about diabetic patients in the six communities was obtained from the residents’ health records. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted in the diabetic patients by clustering sampling method. The data were statistically analyzed by the independent sample t test,one-way Anova and multivariate linear regression. Results The information literacy of urban diabetic patients in Fenyang City was not high,and there were significant differences in gender,age,education level,occupation and family annual income,and they were important factors influencing the overall quality of patients. Conclusion Technical levels and communication skills of medical personnel in the endocrinology department of primary hospitals should be improved;community hospitals should regularly carry out training and guidance on diabetes-related knowledge according to the actual conditions of diabetic patients,help patients master common diabetes knowledge,formulate appropriate recipes and exercise methods and understand the prevention of complications. Relevant health administrative departments should organize big data surveys on the health information literacy of patients with diabetes,provide support for more patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce medical expenses.
