摘要
目的:观察结构化健康教育在糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取88例糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予结构化健康教育,比较两组护理前后骨质疏松症知识、健康信念评分、自我效能评分和血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平。结果:护理后,观察组骨质疏松症知识评分、健康信念评分和自我效能评分均高于对照组,FPG、餐后2hPG和HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结构化健康教育应用于糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者可提高骨质疏松症知识评分、健康信念评分和自我效能评分,降低血糖指标水平,效果优于常规健康教育。
Objective:To observe application effects of structured health education in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.Methods:88 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given the structured health education.The osteoporosis knowledge score,the health belief score,the selfefficacy score and the blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]levels were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the osteoporosis knowledge score,the health belief score and the self-efficacy score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of FPG,postprandial 2hPG and HbA1c were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The structured health education for the patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis can improve the osteoporosis knowledge score,the health belief score and the self-efficacy score,and reduce blood glucose levels.Moreover,it is superior to the routine health education.
