摘要
目的:对河南省城乡居民的健康信息认知状况进行分析,探索居民健康信息认知的影响因素,为提高居民健康信息素养提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法对河南省1522名居民进行问卷调查,对居民健康信息认知状况及影响因素进行分析。结果:43.2%的居民能够主动获取健康信息;51.8%的居民能够清晰描述健康信息需求。居住地、文化程度、数字健康资源的重要性对居民的健康信息认知行为产生影响(P<0.05)。结论:河南省居民健康信息认知水平整体不高,城市居民健康信息认知水平高于农村居民,文化程度越高的居民健康信息认知水平越高,数字健康资源影响居民的健康信息认知行为,家庭收入越高的居民越能够清晰描述健康信息需求,健康信息的主动获取行为和健康信息需求的清晰描述存在关联。
Objective:To analyze the health information cognition of urban and rural residents in Henan province,to explore the influencing factors of health information cognition of residents,so as to provide reference for improving health information literacy of residents.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1522 residents of Henan province by convenient sampling method,and the residents'health information cognition and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:43.2%of the residents were able to obtain health information actively.51.8%of the residents were able to describe their health information demands clearly.Residence,education level and the importance of digital health resources had an impact on residents'health information cognition(P<0.05).Conclusion:Henan residents'health information cognition level is not high as a whole.Urban residents'health information cognition level is higher than rural residents.The higher the education level,the higher level of residents'health information cognition.Digital health resources affect residents'health information cognition behavior.The higher the family income,the clearer the residents can describe their health information needs.Active acquisition of health information is related to the description of health information demands.
