摘要
有关工商管理专业实习的分析涵盖了大学生对实习单位的专业性考量、大学生对实习单位的环境选择、大学生对实习单位的待遇选择、实习单位对大学生专业的考究、实习单位对大学生素质的要求等五个方面的内容。工商管理专业实习存在重理论轻实践、实习单位供不应求、专业实习指导教师水平不高、实习管理体系不健全、大学生的思想意识超现实、校企对接存在盲区等问题。高校应该充实专业实习指导教师队伍,完善专业实习管理体系,加强大学生思想意识教育,确保校企沟通顺畅。
The practice of the business administration major covers the student＇s professional consideration of the practice unit, the student＇s choice of the environment of the practice unit, the student＇s choice of the treatment of the practice unit, the major consideration of the student by the practice unit and the quality requirements of the student by the practice unit, the five aspects. In the business administration practice exist the problems such as more theory and less practice; the practice unit supply falls short of demand; the professional training level of teachers is not high; the practice management system is not perfect; the ideology of the college student is of surrealism; and there exists the blank in the docking of school and enterprise. The university should enrich the professional practice instructor team, improve the management system of the professional practice, strengthen the ideological education of college students, and ensure the smooth communication between schools and enterprises.
