摘要
毕业实习是每一个大学生踏入社会前所必经的阶段,可以弥补学校教育教学工作的不足,丰富和深化大学生思想政治教育的实践内容,促进青年学生在理论和实践相结合的过程中增长才干、健康成长,从而实现优质成才、全面成才。但是,当前的实习中存在许多问题,尤其是经管类专业的大学生实习,存在如时间冲突、时间过短、岗位过少、达不到所要求的效果等问题。本文拟对这些问题进行分析,并给出相应的建议措施。
As a necessary stage for every college student to enter the society, graduation practice can make up for the shortage of school education and teaching, enrich and deepen the practical content of college students' ideological and political education, and promote the growth of college students in the process of combining theory and practice, so that they can become quality talents with comprehensive development. However, there are many problems in the current practice, especially for college students majoring in economics and management, such as scheduling conflict, short time, too few jobs, and failure to meet the requirements. This paper intends to analyze the problems and give corresponding suggestions.
