摘要
对国内外利用桑枝替代传统培养料栽培食药用菌的发展及其利用现状进行了综述,并针对桑枝栽培食药用菌相关技术以及进一步的开发、利用等问题进行了简单的阐述,同时展望了桑枝栽培食药用菌的前景,以期对食药用菌产业的发展提供参考和借鉴。
The present situation of development and utilization of the edible and medicinal mushrooms cultivated by mulberry branches instead of conventional culture materials at home and abroad was summarized, and some related technology, further development and utilization of the edible and medicinal mushrooms cultivated by mulberry branches were briefly stated, moreover, the prospects for the edible and medicinal mushrooms cultivated by mulberry branches were outlined, in order to pro- vide references for development of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry.
