摘要
对热障涂层的概念、材料选择、制备工艺的现状和未来的发展趋势进行了综述。介绍了各种热障涂层制备工艺,对不同工艺的优缺点进行了对比,指出目前制备热障涂层的主要工艺是等离子喷涂和电子束物理气相喷涂。而激光熔覆涂层结合强度高,冷喷涂涂层孔隙率低,这些优势也必将使这些新技术在热障涂层制备方面得到越来越广泛的应用。最后提到开发新材料新工艺、不同工艺的联用和数值模拟与传统热障涂层制备技术的结合是未来的发展趋势。
The concept, the selection of materials and the development of preparation technology of the thermal barrier coating, and its future development trend were reviewed. All kinds of preparation processes of thermal barrier coating were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of different processes were compared. It is pointed out that the main processes of preparing thermal barrier coating are plasma spraying and electron beam physical gas spraying. The advantages of high bonding strength of laser cladding coating and low porosity of cold spray coating can make them more and more widely used in thermal barrier coating preparation. At last, the development of new materials and new technology, the combination of different processes and the combination of numerical simulation and traditional thermal barrier coating technology are the future development trends.
