摘要
采用机械混炼方法制备了多壁碳纳米管/丁腈橡胶(MWNTs/NBR)密封材料,MWNTs含量不超过8份(每百份橡胶含量)时,碳纳米纤维在试样中分散较均匀,显示出较好的补强效应,复合材料的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度明显增加;扫描电镜结果显示断面处MWNTs有明显的拔出现象,通过对MWNTs含量为4份时复合材料的应力-应变曲线进行多项式回归,求导后分析其斜率变化,进而估算出复合材料的界面剪切应力应在10MPa以下。
The multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)/nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)sealing material was prepared using mechanical mixing.When MWNTs content were not more than 8 phr,the carbon nanotubes homogeneously dispersed in the samples and the reinforcement effects showed very good.The elongation at break and tensile strength of composites increased significantly.According to the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)images,in the tensile fracture surface MWNTs have been obviously pulled-out.After the stress-strain curve of composite,which MWNTs content were 4 phr,was executed polynomial regression,then made first derivation on the polynomial,and then analyzed the change of curves slope,finally interfacial shear stress(IFSS)between the fibers and the matrix was calculated.
