摘要
针对水性聚氨酯固含量较低,存在干燥时间过长的问题,研究对水性聚氨酯的制备方式加以调整,分别采用不同种类的聚酯对水性聚氨酯的配比方案加以优化,通过冷凝回流技术制备出10种水性聚氨酯乳液,并通过红外表征测试、黏度测试、固含量测试等方式对水性聚氨酯乳液的综合性能加以检验。经实验研究发现,本次研究所制成的5#~10#乳液聚酯与其他药物之间的反应较为充分,所生成的水性聚氨酯固含量最高可达48.7%,黏度在500 mPa·s以上,分子粒径在210 mm以上,可满足运动鞋的生产加工需求,且不存在乳液黏度过高的问题,妥善解决了高固含量与高黏度之间的矛盾,具有一定的应用价值。
In view of the low solid content of waterborne polyurethane and the problem of long drying time,the preparation method of waterborne polyurethane was adjusted,the ratio scheme of waterborne polyurethane was optimized by using different types of polyester,ten kinds of waterborne polyurethane emulsions were prepared by condensation and reflux technology,and the comprehensive properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsions were tested by infrared characterization test,viscosity test and solid content test.Through experimental research,it had been found that the reaction between the 5#~10#lotion polyester made in this study and other drugs was relatively sufficient,the solid content of the generated waterborne polyurethane was up to 48.7%,the viscosity was more than 500 mPa·s,and the molecular particle size was more than 210 mm,which could meet the production and processing needs of sports shoes,and there was no problem of high viscosity of lotion,which properly solved the contradiction between high solid content and high viscosity,with certain application value.
