综合评价法在聚氨酯密封胶强度检验中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 聚氨酯密封胶强度的影响因素具有模糊特性,难以做到客观、全面、精确的分析,提出综合评价法应用于聚氨酯密封胶强度分析中。将聚氨酯密封胶制备过程中所使用的主要原料与环境作为评价因子,确定评价标准构建评价矩阵计算隶属度函数,基于隶属度函数与权重矩阵完成综合评价。结果表明:固化剂类型是影响聚氨酯密封胶强度的主要因素;聚醚多元醇N220比重和聚醚多元醇330N比重所占权重均为一致,剩余各影响因素的权重差异较为显著;A样本强度等级为第2级强度,B样本和C样本等级为第3级强度,该结果与电子拉力数显机获取的聚氨酯密封胶强度结果一致。 The factors affecting the strength of polyurethane sealant have fuzzy characteristics.It is difficult to make an objective,comprehensive and accurate analysis in the specific analysis process of daily chemical industry.In this paper,the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the strength analysis of polyurethane sealant.Taking the main raw materials and environment used in the preparation of polyurethane sealant as evaluation factors,the evaluation criteria are determined,the evaluation matrix is constructed,the membership function is calculated,and the comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics is completed based on the membership function and weight matrix.The results of strength analysis show that the type of curing agent is the main factor affecting the strength of polyurethane sealant;the proportion of N220 polyether polyol and 330n polyether polyol have the same weight,and the weight difference of the remaining influencing factors is significant;the strength grade of sample A is the second grade,and the strength grade of sample B and sample C is the third grade.This result is consistent with the strength result of polyurethane sealant obtained by electronic tensile digital display machine.
