摘要
研究生学术诚信是指研究生对学术研究的态度和行为,这直接关系到研究生的学风建设和道德建设。随着我国高校研究生招生规模及数量的不断扩大,研究生的教育管理体系受到挑战。一个突出的问题是部分研究生学术诚信失范。学术论文造假,一稿多投,伪造篡改实验数据等各种不良现象时有发生。本文在分析了现象背后的社会成因和制度成因后,提出完善学术诚信制度建设,加强研究生道德教育和监督管理等对策,最终培养研究生科学严谨的学术精神。
Graduate academic integrity refers to the attitude and behavior of graduate students to academic research,which is directly related to graduate student's construction of study style and moral.Because of the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale and the growing number of graduate students,the management system of graduate education has been challenged.One of the obvious problems is that some students are lack of academic integrity.Producing fraudulent papers,duplicating submissions and publications and falsifying experimental data are not rare among graduates.After analyzing the social causes and institutional causes behind the phenomenon, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as perfecting the system of academic honesty and credit,strengthening postgraduate moral education and supervising and managing,and finally cultivating the scientific and rigorous academic spirit of postgraduates.
