摘要 针对城乡结合区域留守儿童阅读现状不容乐观,其合法权益亟待保护,图书馆服务体系不够健全等问题,在我国开展全民阅读背景下,文章尝试提出构建城乡结合区域留守儿童阅读推广长效机制的总体思路和基本思路,并以西安市长安区图书馆的实践为例,分析了其在积极构建留守儿童阅读推广长效机制方面作出的若干有益探索,以期为留守儿童阅读推广提供新途径和新形式。 The current reading situation of left-behind children in urban-rural fringe is not optimistic, their legitimate rights and interests need to be protected, and library service system is not perfect enough. Under the background of nationwide reading in our country, the paper tries to put forward the general idea and basic ideas to develop long-term mechanism of reading promotion for the left-behind children in urban-rural fringe. Taking the practices of Chang'an District library as an example, the paper analyzes some useful practical explorations in actively building a long-term mechanism of reading promotion for left-behind children.This paper aims to provide new methods and new forms for reading promotion of the left-behind children.
