摘要
为研究防空预警体系雷达装备效能评估,首先给出了防空预警体系雷达装备能力提升贡献度(CCEWS)的定义,建立了防空预警体系雷达装备能力提升贡献度评估指标体系;然后提出了防空预警体系雷达装备CCEWS评估的单项指标能力提升贡献度计算和不同类型指标在体系中能力值的求解方法;最后给出了实例计算和结果分析.结果分析表明,本文提出的防空预警体系雷达装备CCEWS评估方法是可行有效的,贡献度评估的结论可用于雷达装备研制、运用和优化部署.
In order to study the evaluation on radar equipment effectiveness of air defense early warningsystem, this paper firstly defines“contribution of capability enhancement to warfighting system （CCEWS）”, andestablishes CCEWS evaluation indicator system of air defense early warning system. And then the paper proposesan evaluation calculation about single index CCEWS of radar equipment of air defense early warning system, andthe method of solving capability value of different-type index in the system. Finally, the paper gives examples ofcalculation and analysis. The conclusion shows that the CCEWS evaluation algorithm of radar equipment of airdefense early warning system is feasible and that the contribution evaluation outcome can be used for thedevelopment, application and optimized deployment of radar equipment.
