摘要
针对目前体系背景下装备论证存在的难题,提出一种基于熵权群组分析的装备体系贡献率评估方法,首先构建适用于体系规划论证阶段的体系贡献率评估指标体系,提出评估指标的计算公式。其次利用模糊聚类和熵权法计算专家权重和指标权重,采用改进白化三角权函数评估装备体系贡献率,最后结合实例验证了该方法的有效性,可为装备体系论证提供决策支持。
In view of the difficulties in the new equipment demonstration under the current equipment system of systems background,a new method of equipment system contribution rate evaluation based on entropy weight group analysis is proposed.First,an evaluation index system for the equipment system contribution rate is established,and the system contribution rate calculation formula is proposed.Fuzzy clustering and entropy weight method are used to calculate the expert weight and index weight.The improved whitening triangle weight function is used to evaluate the system contribution rate of the equipment.Combined with examples,the effectiveness of the method is verified,which can provide decision support for the equipment demonstration.
