摘要
目的探讨普外科住院患者应用品管圈对护理质量的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2016年2月—2017年1月84例普外科住院患者分组。对照组采取常规的护理形式,品管圈组在护理中应用品管圈。比较两组护理满意度;护士责任意识、沟通能力、团队合作精神、问题解决能力;干预前后患者健康知识认知水平、焦虑情绪。结果品管圈组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;品管圈组护士责任意识、沟通能力、团队合作精神、问题解决能力高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组患者健康知识认知水平、焦虑情绪相近,P>0.05;干预后品管圈组患者健康知识认知水平、焦虑情绪优于对照组,P<0.05。结论普外科住院患者应用品管圈对护理质量有提升作用,可提升患者健康知识认知水平,减轻焦虑情绪,提高满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on quality of care of general surgical inpatients. Methods 84 cases of hospitalized patients in department of general surgery from February 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was given the routine nursing, and the QCC group using quality control circle in the nursing. The nursing satisfaction, nurses' sense of responsibility, communication skills, team spirit and problem-solving ability in two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the QCC group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The responsibility consciousness, communication ability, team spirit and problem solving ability of the group nurses were higher than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Before intervention, the cognitive level of health knowledge and anxiety were similar in the two groups, and P 〉 0.05. After intervention, the cognitive level of health knowledge and anxiety of the patients in the group were better than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Application of quality control circle in department of general surgery patients can improve the quality of nursing, improve the level of cognition of patients' health knowledge, relieve anxiety and improve satisfaction.
