摘要
目的探究德尔菲法构建艾滋病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的方法。方法从中国知网等检索2000—2018年所有关于艾滋病的相关学术论文,且纳入文献需符合纳入标准后,初步拟定艾滋病专科护士核心能力条目,后在进行德尔菲法确认,研究专家权威性及协调程度、各级权重等。结果第1轮及第2轮专家咨询的Cr均>0.8,表示专家可信任度高,一级指标W值为0.39、二级指标W值为0.28.均<0.50,表明专家意见的可信度高(P<0.05),构建的护士核心能力评价指标包含一级指标6项、二级指标19项。结论在艾滋病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建中采用德尔菲法可提升专家调查的协调性及权威性,以此明确护士评价指标。
Objective To explore the Delphi method to construct the evaluation index system of the core competence of AIDS specialist nurses.Methods All academic papers related to AIDS from 2000 to 2018 were searched from cnki.com,and the included literatures should meet the inclusion criteria.Then,the core competence items of AIDS specialist nurses were initially drafted,and the Delphi method was later carried out to confirm,and the authority and coordination degree of research experts and weights at all levels were carried out.Results Cr of the first and second rounds of expert consultation were>0.8,indicating high trust of experts,W value of the first level index was 0.39,W value of the second level index was 0.28,all<0.50,indicating high credibility of expert opinions(P<0.05).The constructed evaluation index of core competence of nurses included 6 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators.Conclusion Delphi method can improve the coordination and authority of expert investigation in the construction of evaluation index system of core competence of AIDS specialist nurses,so as to clarify the evaluation index of nurses.
