摘要
目的评估强化急救护理管理干预措施在严重创伤性休克患者临床急救护理工作中运用的价值。方法以2017年6月-2019年11月该院治疗的68例严重创伤性休克患者为研究对象,开展分组方式±据随机数字表方法,分为实验组和参比组,各项组别±次入组34例,实验组实行强化急救护理管理干预措施,参比组实行一般急救护理管理干预措施,记载各项组别指标。结果实验组急救成功率高于参比组(P<0.05);实验组急救所需总体时长对比差距明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于严重创伤性休克患者临床急救护理工作中采取强化急救护理管理干预措施显现出良好管理效果。
Objective To evaluate the value of intensive emergency care management interventions in the clinical emergency care of patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods 68 patients with severe traumatic shock treated in the hospital from June 2017 to November 2019 were included as research object.The grouping method was carried out according to the random number table method,the experimental group and the reference group.Each group was enrolled in 34 cases in turn,the experimental group implemented intensive emergency care management intervention measures,and the reference group implemented general emergency care management intervention measures,and recorded various group indicators.Results The first aid success rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the overall time required for first aid in the experimental group was less than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensified emergency care management intervention measures in the clinical emergency care of patients with severe traumatic shock showed good management results.
