摘要
目的探究两种检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的应用价值。方法以我院2013年10月-2015年10月收集的尿液潜血检验的48例尿液标本为研究对象,分别进行尿液显微镜红细胞计数法、尿液分析仪潜血检验法,设定为A组、B组,分析两种检验方法的检测情况。结果 A组、B组在尿液潜血检验中的阳性检测率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);以尿液显微镜红细胞计数法为尿液潜血检验标准,得出尿液分析仪检验假阳性率为10.00%,假阴性率为14.29%。结论在尿液潜血检验中施以尿液显微镜红细胞计数法、尿液分析仪潜血检验法,均可以获取一定的检验效果,各有优点,建议两者联合使用,进一步提高检验结果的准确性。
ABSTRACT：Objective To explore the application value of two methods in urine occult blood test. Methods A total of 48 cases who underwent urine occult blood test from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were col-lected, the urine microscope red blood cell count method and the urine analyzer blood test method were conducted respectively, and the detection conditions of two inspection methods were analyzed for group A and group B. Results There was signifcant difference in the positive rate of urine occult blood test between group A and group B （ P〈0.05 ）. Using urine microscope red blood cell count as the standard of urine occult blood test, the false positive rate （10.00%） and false negative rate （14.29%） were obtained. Conclusion In the urine occult blood test, urine microscope red blood cell count method and urine analyzer blood test method can obtain certain test results, each has its advantages, and it is recommended to use them in combination to further improve the accuracy of the test results.
