摘要
目的:分析上消化道出血应用内镜下金属钛夹和喷洒药物治疗的效果。方法:选择2014年12月-2016年11月在本院接受治疗的上消化道出血患者84例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,对照组采用内镜下喷洒药物进行治疗,观察组选择内镜下金属钛夹进行治疗,比较两组效果。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,对照组治疗总有效率为71.43%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组呕血消失时间、引流管液体变清时间、潜血转阴时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组即刻止血成功率、输血量与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组的再出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,对照组为4.76%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 :上消化道出血应用内镜下金属钛夹治疗的效果优于内镜下喷洒药物,能够缩短患者住院时间,减少并发症,保障治疗安全性,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic metal clip and spray drugs on upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:84 cases of the patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with endoscopic spray drug treatment, the observation group was treated with endoscopic hemoclip treatment. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86% while that was 71.43% of control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The extinction time of haematemesis, the time of liquid became clear in drainage tube, clearance time of occult blood and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05). The success rate of immediate hemostasis and blood transfusion amount of two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05). The rate of rebleeding of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The complication rate was 7.14% of the observation group while that was 4.76% of the control group, these was no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding with endoscopic clips is better than the endoscopic spray drugs, which can shorten the length of stay, reduce complications, and ensure the safety of treatment. It is worthy of popularization in clinic.
