摘要
文章通过对忻州师范学院学生的调查,探讨了实习支教对师范大学生专业态度的影响,发现实习支教对师范大学生对待实习支教、农村教育工作、教师职业、教育专业学习等方面的态度都有明显的积极影响,同时也发现了农村教育、师范教育、实习支教和师范大学生发展存在的一些问题,建议相关方面加强农村学校建设、推进师范教育改革、改善实习支教管理、增强专业发展意识。
The survey of the students in Xinzhou Teachers University,the passage discuss the influence of the internship practice to the students＇ professional attitude. It finds that the internship practice has much positive influences to the students＇ attitude,such as rural education,profession of teacher and professional learning of education. At the same time,it finds that there are also many problems in the area of rural education,normal education,internship practice and the students＇ development. The suggestions are that of strengthening the construction of rural schools,promoting the reformation of normal education,improving the management of internship practice,strengthening the consciousness of professional development.
