摘要
依据阿弗烈·诺夫·怀特海"浪漫—精确—综合"三阶段循环的教育节奏论,可以有效地解决实习支教中存在的问题,促进实习支教内涵发展。在实习支教前期的浪漫阶段,要保持课程的丰富性,为实习支教奠定坚实的基础,激发大学生探索教师专业能力的好奇与兴奋。在精确阶段,要加强培训指导,让大学生在实践中探索教育教学规律,提高专业能力。在综合阶段,注重科学评价,并保持进一步探索的开放性,不断丰富理论,为大学生的新一轮专业发展创造有利条件。
According to the three- stage education theory put forward by Alfred North Whitehead which are romance,precision and generalisation,guiding teachers can effectively solve the problems existing in the teaching practice,promote the development of teaching practice in connotation. In romantic phase at the early stage of the teaching practice,guiding teachers shoulld keep the courses colourful which can lay solid foundation for the teaching practice and can arouse college students' curiosity to explore professional abilities. In precise phase,guiding teachers must strengthen the training guidance and make university students to explore education and teaching rules,thus improving their professional abilities. In generalisation stage,guiding teachers should pay attention to giving them scientific evaluation,and should keep the further exploration open- ended and the theory rich in order to create favorable conditions for a new round of professional development for college students.
