摘要
传承弘扬礼仪文化,重在理解传统礼仪文化的内涵;当前礼仪文化教育存在着形式主义的弊病,要克服这一弊病,必须将礼仪文化的精神内涵渗透到大学生的人格塑造中:首先要渗透到学校的教学体系中;其次要营造浓郁的礼仪氛围;再次要建立行为考核评价机制;最后要有教师的示范和引领。这样才能克服礼仪文化教育中的形式主义弊病。
It is emphatically to understand the connotations of traditional etiquette culture to carry on and forward etiquette culture. Currently, education of etiquette culture has drawbacks of formalism and in order to overcome those drawbacks, we need to infiltrate the spiritual connotations of etiquette culture into character building of college students. First, it should be integrated into the teaching system; second, we need to create a strong etiquette atmosphere; third, we need to put in place a system for evaluation; finally, there should be demonstration and guidance on the part of teachers. Only in this way can we put teaching of etiquette culture onto the right track.
