摘要
机械收获导致宿根蔗蔸破损,是影响机收甘蔗宿根性的重要因素。为探索近地端蔗茎纤维组分与机收破蔸率的关系,本研究以5个甘蔗品种ROC22、粤糖93-159、桂糖32号、福农39号和云蔗05-51为材料,于收获前取近地端20 cm蔗茎进行压榨,分析蔗渣中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量,并在机收后调查各小区破蔸率。结果表明:品种间近地端蔗茎木质素含量和破蔸率差异均显著,纤维素含量和半纤维素含量差异不显著;机收破蔸率由低至高依次为云蔗05-51(28.14%)、ROC22(35.26%)、福农39号(35.50%)、粤糖93-159(39.14%)和桂糖32号(46.49%);机收后破蔸率与近地端木质素含量存在极显著遗传负相关,遗传相关系数-0.95,与纤维素含量呈遗传负相关;近地端木质素含量和机收破蔸率均为遗传力较高的性状。
Damage of mechamcal harvest to stool was me Key limitation to me ratoon proaucuvlty oI sugarcane. In order to understand the relationship between fiber components of sugarcane bottom stem and stool damage, five sugarcane cultivars ROC22, YT93-159, GT32, FN39 and YZ05-S1 were measured to investigate the content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin. The percentage of stool damage was investigated after mechanical harvest. The results showed that lignin content and percentage of damaged stools were significantly different amang sugarcane cultivars, while the content of cellulose and hemicellulose were not significant. The percentage of damaged stool was in order YZ05-51 (28.14%) 〈 ROC22 (3526%) 〈 FN39 (35.50%) 〈 YT93-159 (39.14%) 〈 GT32 (46.49%) ;The lignin content showed a highly significantly negative genetic correlation with stool damage after mechanical harvest (rg=-0.95) ,and cellulose content was negatively correlated with stool damage; The lignin content and stool damage showed high broad-sense heritability.
