摘要
甘蔗收获环节是我国甘蔗产业发展的"瓶颈",对我国甘蔗机械化收获的现状进行研究,进而优化我国甘蔗产业的结构尤为重要。为此,概述了我国甘蔗机械化收获的技术,并对现阶段我国甘蔗机械化收获的应用情况进行分析,深入探讨了我国甘蔗机械化收获存在的问题。结果表明:我国甘蔗机械化收获主要以国外引进的8台CASE 7000切段式甘蔗联合收割机为主,其机械收割面积相对全国近180万hm2的植蔗面积来讲约等于0。因此,针对当前我国甘蔗机械化收获的实际情况,提出了相应的发展对策。
The harvest is the ＂bottleneck＂ of the sugarcane industry,it becomes particularly important to study the status of the sugarcane harvest mechanization and then to optimize the structure of the sugarcane industry in China.This paper summarized the sugarcane mechanized harvest technology,and carried on the analysis to the application situation of the sugarcane harvest mechanization in the present stage,in order to study the problems of the sugarcane harvest mechanization in China.The results showed that the sugarcane mechanized harvest mainly completed by 8 CASE 7000 series harvesters,its harvesting area was about equal to zero in terms of nearly 1.8 million hectares of sugarcane planted area in China.In view of the current situation of the sugarcane harvest mechanization,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
