摘要
目的探讨在"三导向"为人才培养模式下,以器官系统为基础整合生殖系统教学的应用效果及满意度分析,为提高教学质量及实现适合卓越医师培养的教学目标提供参考。方法实验组与对照组分别采用"以器官系统为导向"课程模式和"以学科为中心"课程模式。在课程结束后进行问卷调查,并比较两组学生的期末考试成绩。结果两组学生期末考试成绩对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组期末考试平均成绩优于对照组。两组学生对课程的满意度均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在提高学习兴趣、增加各学科知识间的横向联系、构建完整医学知识框架、培养临床思维等方面实验组满意度较高,与对照组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "以器官系统为中心"的课程模式是切实可行的,为高等医学教学改革提供了一个新的思路。
Objective To discussion the effect and satisfaction of organ-system integration in the reproductive system under the ＂Three-orientation Medical Education Mode＂. In order to provide reference for improving teaching quality and obtaining instruction target for the training of excellent physicians. MethodsThe experimental group and control group were used in organ-system integration teaching methods and the subject as the center teaching method. A questionnaire survey after the end of course, and to compare the examination results of two groups. Results The results of the final examination of the two groups were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The average final score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The degree of satisfaction of the two groups was higher, and the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉0.05）. In the experimental group, there was a higher degree of satisfaction in improving learning interest, increasing horizontal knowledge among disciplines, constructing a complete medical knowledge framework, and training clinical thinking. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The model of ＂organ-system integration＂ is feasible and provides a new idea for the reform of higher medical teaching.
