摘要
旅游与交通系统空间结构格局关系密切,尤其是在集中连片特困地区。本文选取武陵山区为案例地,综合运用区域可达性、旅游经济联系强度等方法,探究交通导引的武陵山区旅游发展情况,结果表明:武陵山区交通可达性呈现由中心向边缘、由南向北递减趋势。其中,湘西州的可达性最好,恩施州最差。这除了与自身区位条件有关之外,还受交通空间结构的影响;经济联系总量由中部向外围扩散,且呈南强北弱的局势,这符合距离衰减规律。其中,湘西州旅游经济联系总量最大,恩施州和渝东南地区的联系总量最小,这也与交通可达性分析结果保持高度一致。在此基础上,提出武陵山区旅游交通系统空间结构优化策略:提升交通等级结构,提高交通安全性;构建立体交通网络结构,提升内外交通连接度;交通布局应契合旅游资源开发,促进旅游经济均衡发展。
Tourism is closely related with transportation system spatial structure, especially in the concentrated and contiguous poor areas. This paper selects Waling mountain area as a case, by applying the regional accessibility and the tourism economic link strength to explore the traffic-guided tourist development of the Wuling mountain area. The results show that: the traffic accessibility in Wuling mountain area presents a descending trend from the center to the edge and from the south to the north. Xiangxi area has the best accessibility and Enshi area has the worst, which is affected not only by their own location conditions, but also by the traffic spatial structure; the economic link is spread from the middle to the periphery, and shows the weak situation in the north and the strong situation in the south, which conforms to the law of distance attenuation, in which, Xiangxi area holds the largest share of economic linkage, while Enshi and Yudongnan areas have the minimum amounts, which is highly consistent with the results of traffic accessibility analysis. On this basis, the paper puts forward the strategies of optimizing the spatial structure of tourism system in Waling mountain area by enhancing the traffic grade structure and improving traffic safety; constructing three-dimensional traffic network structure and enhancing the internal and external traffic connectivity; making traffic layout fit the development of tourism resources to promote the balanced develonment of tourism economy.
