摘要
在以新技术、新产业为特点的新经济发展形势下,开展新工科建设的工程教育改革,旨在培养具备更高创新创业能力和跨界整合能力的新型工程技术人才。在扼要介绍新工科内涵、特征和新工科对教师总体要求的基础上,阐述了新工科建设背景下对师资队伍建设的思考。
Under the new economic development situation characterized by new technologies and new industries, it is necessary to carry out the reform of engineering education for emergent engineering education construction, aiming at cultivating new engineering and technical talents with higher innovation and entrepreneurial capability and cross-border integration capability. On the basis of brief introduction of the connotation, characteristics of emergent engineering education and overall requirements to teaches, the paper expounds the thinking on the construction of the teaching staff under the background of the emergent engineering education construction.
