摘要
以聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)为原料,N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸(NAC)为改性剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,二恶烷(DOA)为溶剂,通过巯基-烯加成接枝反应制备了支链多官能化SBS(SBS-g-NAC,含酰胺基、羧基),考察了不同官能度的SBS在沥青中的分散性。通过拟合反应条件与SBS-g-NAC官能度的相关实验数据,建立了官能度与反应时间、温度和改性剂用量之间的关联性方程。结果表明,该关联性方程能够很好地拟合实验数据,并可根据所需官能度来确定工艺参数;官能度13.81%的SBS-g-NAC能够明显改善其在沥青中的分散性。
Multiple functionalized SBS( SBS-g-NAC),which contained acylamide and carboxyl groups,was prepared through thiolene addition reaction with N-acetyl-L-cysteine( NAC,modifying agent),azodiisobutyronitrile( AIBN,initiator),1,4-dioxane( DOA,solvent). The dispersivity of SBS-g-NAC with different functionalization degree( FD) in modified asphalt was investigated. A regression equation among the functionalization degree of SBS-g-NAC and the reaction time,temperature and the amount of modifying agent was established by fitting the experiment data. The results showed that the regression equation could be used to well predict functionalization degree at different operational conditions. Compared with SBS,the compatibility and dispersivity of SBS-g-NAC( FD = 13. 81%) in asphalt were improved significantly.
