摘要
以木棉纤维为基材、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为接枝剂,通过接枝反应制备了木棉基复合材料。考察了接枝剂反应浓度、反应温度和反应时间等因素对复合材料吸油性能的影响,实验结果表明,影响吸油量的主要因素是接枝剂浓度,其次是反应温度;木棉纤维的最佳接枝工艺为:接枝剂浓度2 mol/L,温度95℃,时间60 min。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱对所制备木棉基复合材料的表面形貌及结构进行了表征,结果表明,接枝后的木棉纤维表面变得较为粗糙,接枝上了一定量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,并且对柴油的吸附性能得到了很大提高。
A kapok composites was prepared by grafting reaction with methyl methacrylate as grafting agent. The effects of the concentration of grafting agent, reaction temperature and reaction time on the oil absorption performance of the composite material were investigated. The experimental results showed that the main factors which affecting the oil absorption was the concentration of grafted agent, followed by the reaction temperature. The optimum grafting process was also determined as follows: the concentration of grafting agent 2 mol/L, reaction temperature 95 ℃ and time 60 min. The morphology and structure of kapok composites were characterized by SEM and IR. The results showed that surface morphology of kapok fiber become more rougher after the grafting, methyl methacrylate was grafted on a certain amount, and the adsorption performance of kapok composite on diesel oil was greatly improved.
