摘要
探讨木棉纤维应用于户外睡袋的可行性。以木棉纤维、三维卷曲中空涤纶及羽绒为原料,制备不同配比的木棉/羽绒系列、木棉/涤纶系列絮填料,并对其保暖性、透湿性及压缩性能进行测试。结果表明:在不混配其他纤维的情况下,保暖透湿性由大到小依次为羽绒、木棉、涤纶;在不同配比的絮填料中,随着木棉纤维含量的增加,木棉/羽绒系列絮填料的保暖性、透湿性及压缩性能有所下降,而木棉/涤纶系列絮填料的保暖性、透湿性有所提高,蓬松度稍差。认为:在制备三组分木棉絮填料时,木棉纤维的含量不宜太高,考虑到纤维集合体的舒适度,三维卷曲中空涤纶的含量应偏低控制。
The feasibility of kapok fiber applying in outdoor sleeping bag was discussed. Kapok fiber, 3D crimp hollow polyester and down feather were used as raw material, kapok fiber/down feather series of wadding and kapok fiber/polyester series of wadding with different proportion were prepared. Warmth retention property, moisture-penetrability and compression property of wadding were tested. The results show that the decreasing or- der of warmth retention property and moisture-penetrability is down feather, kapok fiber and polyester without mixing with other fiber. With increasing the content of kapok fiber, warmth retention property, moisture-penetra- bility and compression property of kapok fiber/down feather series of wadding are decreased. Warmth retention property and moisture-penetrability of kapok fiber/polyester series of wadding are increased and filling power is slightly worse. It is considered that the content of kapok fiber should not be too high when preparing three compo- nents kapok wadding. The content of 3D crimp hollow polyester should be controlled low in view of the fiber as- sembly comfort.
