摘要
为提升市政道路的路用性能以及延长其使用寿命,文中分析了道路施工用橡胶沥青改性剂加固混凝土的高温性能和水稳定性能。结果表明,随着载荷以及温度的增加,沥青混合料的车辙深度不断增加,沥青混合料的动稳定度不断降低;沥青混合料的未冻融劈裂抗拉强度-载荷强度曲线呈现为先稳定后降低再稳定的变化规律;冻融劈裂抗拉强度-载荷强度曲线呈现为先缓慢降低再快速降低后缓慢降低的变化规律。橡胶粉改性沥青的高温性能及水稳定性能最佳且随着橡胶粉目数的增加而不断降低。
In order to improve the road performance and extend service life of municipal roads,the high temperature performance and water stability of concrete reinforced with rubber asphalt modifier for road construction were analyzed in this paper.The results show that the rutting depth of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of load and temperature,and the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture decreases.The unfreezing-thawing splitting tensile strength-load strength curve of asphalt mixture presents a change law of first stabilizing,then decreasing and then stabilizing.The freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength-load strength curve shows a change law of slow decrease at first,then fast decrease,and then slow decrease.The high temperature and water stability properties of rubber powder modified asphalt are the best and decrease with the increase of the mesh number of rubber powder.
