风电球铁刹车盘铸件缩松缺陷的解决方法

摘要 缩松缺陷严重降低风电球铁铸件性能,致使铸件报废而导致经济损失,因此必须减少缩松缺陷。对某款刹车盘铸件缩松情况进行梳理分析,设计5种不同的浇注工艺并实施,分析改善效果。结果表明,采用腰型孔内浇道进铁液、钢板型冷铁以及扁出气工艺,可明显降低铸件的缩松缺陷。由此可见,对此类超大盘状铸件,采取合理的浇注工艺可以改善铸件缩松缺陷、提升铸件性能从而降低经济损失。 Shrinkage defects seriously reduced the performance of wind-power ductile iron castings, which caused casting rejection and economic losses. Therefore, shrinkage defects had to be reduced. The shrinkage of a brake disc casting had been analyzed roundly and five different improving processes were designed and implemented. The results show that the2 nd process with waist hole ingates, plate type chills and flat gas exhausting can obviously reduce the shrinkage defects of castings. As a results, the reasonable casting process can reduce the shrinkage defects and improve the casting performance,thus reducing the economic loss.
